History: the Van'elle family have been guards since the start of time. Valek was suppose to take over his fathers , how ever after loosing his eye he went into mentoring the other Guards and wanted to train them.

Before loosing his eye he was training to take his father place as one of the heads, since his other three sibling were all girls. He was the middle child and was brought up by his older sister and mother when his father was away.

In the last war he lost his eye and was labeled as unfit to fight in the front lines. He decided to step down and alow his younger sister Lyssa to take up the families name. He chose to do mentoring so that he could help train her to be one of the best.

Personality: He does not have a short temper like his sister and is willing to listen to reasoning. He follows the rules and sets out a good exsample. however he is a bit of mystery to people as he tends to wander off at times. He is over protective with his family and friends. His weakness is that he tends to smoke and drink at times.
